0.10 - Rapid Iteration Playtesting


0.10 has been delayed enough so here it is. Kind of...

I have been playtesting and getting feedback from the public for the past 3 months. Mechanically the game has remained mostly the same but the way the book is ordered and presented has been rapidly changing. All in all I've not been able to settle on a stable release for 0.10 as the book keeps moving so much.

But since I can't give you a fully formed release I'll instead give you a link to the running playtest. The playtest is slated to conclude on October 15th so send in your feedback before that and you'll receive a free copy of the final pdf but if you are reading this I'm assuming you might own the game already.

Mechanical changes

  • Lumina is now called Ink and you can heal yourself with it
  • Souls have been rebalanced
  • Combat Scores are pre-determined by your Soul with subclasses for various spreads
  • Tags work the same but have a  slightly different presentation
